The FCE, CAE and CPE are set at the B2, C1 and C2 levels respectively of the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework for modern languages.
The FCE is an upper intermediate level exam and recognises the ability to deal confidently with a range of written and spoken communications. It is set at Level B2 of the Council of Europe's Common European Framework for modern languages.
